• Cloud certifications or hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure are a plus.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to approximately 40%.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deliver engaging customer and partner presentations and solution demonstrations, both remotely and onsite.
• Help build, configure, and maintain demo systems that showcase Avid solutions effectively.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce.com opportunity updates by capturing customer and prospect interactions, next steps, competitive insights, and account information that support successful customer engagement.
• Partner with internal teams to gather requirements and define deliverables, contributing to quotes, Statements of Work, security responses, system diagrams, workflow maps, requirements matrices, and project charters.
• Lead Proof of Concept engagements by bringing strong application and workflow expertise to customer evaluations.
• Help customers understand the workflow value of cloud architectures and the insights they can gain from high-value data.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Senior Presales Solutions Specialist with strong expertise in post-production workflows, including video editing, color, and mastering pipelines, to help customers understand the full value of Avid\’s video production solutions. This role is ideally based in London.

In this role, you will partner closely with Sales and Customer Success Management as a trusted advisor, help qualify opportunities, deliver compelling solution demonstrations, and show how Avid\’s products and services address customer needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with customers and prospects, applying workflow knowledge to real-world challenges, and helping shape successful outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, design, and deliver engaging customer and partner presentations and solution demonstrations, both remotely and onsite, including at tradeshows, partner events, and user group meetings.
• Help build, configure, and maintain demo systems that showcase Avid solutions effectively.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce.com opportunity updates by capturing customer and prospect interactions, next steps, competitive insights, and account information that support successful customer engagement.
• Partner with internal teams to gather requirements and define deliverables, contributing to quotes, Statements of Work, security responses, system diagrams, workflow maps, requirements matrices, and project charters.
• Lead Proof of Concept engagements by bringing strong application and workflow expertise to customer evaluations.
• Help customers understand the workflow value of cloud architectures and the insights they can gain from high-value data.

SUCCESS MARKERS

• You contribute to ARR and GRR objectives by building strong presales engagement, aligning solutions to customer needs, and helping customers move confidently through the evaluation process.
• Customers and prospects are highly engaged in Proof-of-Concept activities because they clearly understand the value of the proposed solution.
• Customer journeys are clearly defined, with Avid solutions aligned to each client\’s or prospect\’s workflow requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor\’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional certification or relevant industry experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong domain expertise in post-production workflows is required. Experience in digital media production, news production, remote production, television operations, studio operations, or live sports production will help you stand out.
• Working knowledge of networking, IT, and security standards.
• Cloud certifications or hands‑on experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure are a plus.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to approximately 40\%, based on customer and business needs.

Pay Range UK - 80,315 - $120,473 GBP

The salary range shown reflects the company\'s good faith full target range for this position at the time of posting. The company may update or modify this range at any time and endeavors to keep this posting current. Compensation decisions are based on factors including geographic location, experience, skills, education, and business needs. While the full range is posted for transparency, offers are typically made within the lower to middle portion of the range.
