• Oversee offline, online, grade, VFX, motion graphics and audio, ensuring high standards.
• Own production workflows, track progress and keep leadership informed.
• Identify and resolve challenges, balancing creative, technical and commercial priorities.
• Manage global workflows across a centralised production hub and improve ways of working.
• Explore and implement AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and quality.
