Job summary

Avid in London is seeking a Senior Presales Solutions Specialist with deep post-production workflow expertise to help customers understand the value of Avid's video production solutions. You will partner with Sales and Customer Success to qualify opportunities and deliver compelling demonstrations.

The role involves designing demos, maintaining demo systems, updating Salesforce, coordinating with internal teams, leading PoC engagements, and explaining cloud architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Strong domain expertise in post-production workflows.
• Experience in digital media production, remote production, television operations, studio operations or live sports production.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deliver engaging customer and partner presentations and solution demonstrations, both remotely and onsite.
• Help build, configure, and maintain demo systems that showcase Avid solutions effectively.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce.com opportunity updates by capturing customer interactions, next steps, competitive insights, and account information.
• Partner with internal teams to gather requirements and define deliverables, contributing to quotes, Statements of Work, security responses, system diagrams, workflow maps, requirements matrices, and project charters.
• Lead Proof of Concept engagements by bringing strong application and workflow expertise to customer evaluations.
• Help customers understand the workflow value of cloud architectures and the insights they can gain from high-value data.
