Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Senior Incident Response Analyst for a full-time remote role available in the United Kingdom or Spain. You will handle and remediate incidents across Windows, Mac, and Linux, analyze malware, and improve detection and countermeasures.

We value experience with AI-enabled security workflows, strong communication with customers, and the ability to work autonomously. A degree is welcome but not required; compensation includes equity and flexible benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience handling incidents across Windows, Mac, and Linux.
• Knowledge of network protocols and analysis tools.
• Experience coding in Python/PowerShell/C# and willingness to learn new languages.

Responsibilities

• Handle and remediate incidents across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Analyze malware across customer environments, including new threats.
• Develop and improve incident detection processes and execute countermeasures.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers in writing and verbally.
• Develop and implement security content and automations across CrowdStrike modules, including EDR and SIEM.
• Share industry thought leadership through blog posts, CrowdCasts, and public speaking.
• Provide feedback and solutions to improve operational materials and capabilities.
• Support clients with onboarding and configuring other CrowdStrike Falcon security modules.
