Job summary

CrowdStrike, a global cybersecurity leader, is seeking a highly motivated senior analyst to protect customers by detecting, containing, and remediating incidents in real-time. This role focuses on incident response, malware analysis, and threat remediation across Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms.

You will develop and optimize detection workflows, contribute to thought leadership, and mentor teammates in a fast-paced, AI-powered environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading incident response for orgs and handling targeted threats.
• Background in computer forensics using multiple tooling to determine compromise extent.
• Understanding of system internals to implement countermeasures and remediation.
• Ability to perform static and dynamic malware analysis.
• Experience creating tactical and strategic remediation plans for incidents.
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, C, C#, VB, Python, Perl, Ruby on Rails, .NET).
• Holding at least one relevant security certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security alerts using the CrowdStrike platform.
• Handle incidents across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
• Conduct malware analysis and remote remediation of threats.
• Improve incident detection, triage, and countermeasure execution processes.
• Provide high-quality written and verbal customer communications and findings.
• Share expertise via blog posts, CrowdCasts, and public speaking.
• Assist in advancing security processes and procedures.
