Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Insider Risk Analyst to lead the program for the EMEA region within the Global Security team. You will identify threats, conduct investigations, and collaborate across HR, Legal, IT and information security to mitigate risks to people and assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in insider threat or insider risk, intelligence analysis, corporate security, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead Insider Risk analyst for the EMEA region and support Global Security priorities.
• Identify, assess, and communicate risks involving CrowdStrike’s workforce, information, systems, and operations.
• Conduct detailed investigations, including interviews, evidence analysis, and reporting.
• Brief stakeholders including senior leaders on risks and findings with recommendations.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation materials and communications.
• Collaborate with Information Security, HR, Legal, IT and other teams on risk initiatives.
• Deliver Insider Risk training to employees in the region.
