Job summary

Phiture GmbH in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Growth Consultant to own day-to-day client relationships for one of our largest accounts. You’ll coordinate with PM, ASO, and Creative, guiding strategy and execution while communicating clearly with senior stakeholders.

You’ll bring deep paid UA expertise for mobile apps (GAC, Apple Ads, Meta Ads), attribution and MMP know-how, and the confidence to lead client conversations. You’ll analyze performance and mentor junior teammates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid user acquisition for mobile apps with demonstrable results.
• Fluent English with excellent written and spoken client communication.
• Confident leading client meetings and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Independent data interpretation and decision-making based on metrics.
• Troubleshooting attribution and tracking issues with MMP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Paid UA campaigns (Google App Campaigns, Apple Ads, Meta Ads).
• Own the client relationship with daily communications, reports, and strategy.
• Lead client conversations and proactively offer recommendations.
• Bridge PM, ASO and Creative with cross-functional insights.
• Apply app-specific paid media expertise and SKAN/MMP knowledge.
• Analyze monthly performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Mentor POCs and junior team members while owning your accounts.
