Phiture GmbH is looking for an ASO-focused Growth Manager to join our multidisciplinary marketing team in the UK. You will own the App and Play Store presences for client apps, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate results to clients in regular meetings.

You will drive ASO strategies, run experiments and A/B tests, brief design and localization teams, monitor keyword rankings and conversions, and contribute to our ASO knowledge base and future campaigns.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in mobile marketing with an app publisher, tool agency, or similar.
• At least 1 year of experience in ASO.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to discuss results with clients.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of core mobile marketing methods and terminology.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Manage client accounts, leading ASO projects for diverse apps.
• Support ASO clients globally across markets and languages as their main client contact.
• Assist Senior Consultants and Growth Leads in developing ASO strategies and executing campaigns.
• Brief designers and translators on creative experiments and app store asset localization.
• Run experiments and A/B tests for optimal client results.
• Present results to clients and guide them through ASO methodologies.
• Monitor and report keyword rankings, conversion rates, and experiment effectiveness.
• Develop ASO methods and strategies for client success and competitive edge.
• Continuously develop ASO expertise and stay updated on tools and best practices.
• Contribute content to the ASO knowledge base and Stack publication.
