Randstad UK is seeking a motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our IT team, handling the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to building client relationships.

You will grow your own client portfolio, source and present IT talent, write engaging job adverts, and contribute to a high‑performing, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT permanent recruitment with new business development and recruiting.
• Proven track record building client relationships and managing key accounts.
• Sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates using databases and job boards.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own client portfolio through business development and sales calls, generating new relationships and expanding existing accounts.
• Source, screen, and present qualified IT talent tailored to client requirements, leveraging our database, job boards, applications, and online tools.
• Write engaging job advertisements to attract the right talent and develop your own network of skilled IT professionals.
