Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in strategically impactful HR Business Partnering roles.
• Proven track record in transformation, organisational design and workforce planning.
• Comfortable partnering and influencing at senior/executive level.
• Background in logistics, healthcare, manufacturing or retail is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex people transformation programmes, including organisation design and large-scale workforce change.
• Act as trusted advisor to ELT and ELT-1 leaders, providing commercially focused people guidance and coaching.
• Drive talent management and succession planning across client groups with actions to deliver impact.
• Use people data and analytics to identify risks, opportunities and track initiatives.
• Develop and deliver integrated people plans aligned to business strategy and future needs.
• Partner with CoEs across Talent, Reward, Recruitment and Shared Services to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Support cyclical HR activity including performance reviews and compensation changes.
• Lead HR workstreams for acquisitions, integrations, and TUPE activities as needed.
• Build communication plans and coach leaders to drive change adoption.
