Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Client Development, Business Development or Sales within a professional services environment.
• Proven track record of developing and growing strategic client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
• Experience managing key client accounts, account plans and opportunity pipelines.
• Ability to identify cross-selling opportunities and drive revenue growth across multiple service lines and regions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, partners and client relationship teams across countries.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a confident, diplomatic approach.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across countries, functions and seniority levels.
• Experience developing client account plans, relationship maps and engagement programmes.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of client relationship management principles.
• Experience contributing to pitches, proposals, client presentations and panel appointments.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of strategic global clients, working with Client Relationship Partners and account teams.
• Develop and deliver client account plans and engagement programmes.
• Identify growth opportunities and strengthen relationships across regions, sectors and practice areas.
• Collaborate with international account teams on pitches, proposals and client events.
• Drive cross-selling and revenue growth across multiple service lines and regions.
