Qualifications

• Previous line management experience.
• Experience delivering conferences, awards ceremonies, webinars or large-scale professional events.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Experience managing suppliers, venues, contracts and event budgets.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a varied programme of events from concept through to completion.
• Lead a small team of Event Coordinators and manage suppliers, venues, budgets and logistics.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensure events are delivered to the highest professional standard.
