Spotlight Recruitment is seeking an Events Executive to lead the planning and delivery of conferences, exhibitions, webinars, and networking activities. The role offers a predominantly remote setup with weekly in-office meetings in London and a major focus on delivering high-quality events that support education sector objectives.

You'll manage end-to-end event lifecycles, coordinate venues and suppliers, oversee registrations and marketing, and produce post-event insights.

Job description

Events Executive | Up to £33k + 30 days hol (+BH), 4 days wfh, 1 day in the London office

A leading organisation within the education sector is seeking a capable Events Specialist to help lead the planning and delivery of outstanding conferences, exhibitions, webinars, events and networking activities. This role would be suitable for someone looking to move up to Events Specialist level, who is passionate about the events industry and ideally educational opportunities for all. This is a predominantly remote role, and you will need to be in the office at least once a week and for meetings. Benefits are extensive including 30 days holiday (+BH), medical, 15% pension, private health, discounted gym, training and sponsorship of study, work abroad 3 weeks a year, paid volunteer leave and enhanced family leave.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, partners and suppliers, you will manage the event lifecycle, ensuring events are delivered on time, within budget and exceed delegate expectations.
