Job summary

Nteractive Ltd in the UK (Surrey, Hybrid - max 1 day a week) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale conferences and events across a global client portfolio.

You will translate client objectives into robust project plans, manage budgets and risks, and oversee onsite delivery while collaborating with Account Directors and specialist teams to ensure exceptional attendee experiences.

Qualifications

• Significant project management experience in an events agency environment.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale conferences, meetings and complex event programmes.
• Incentive travel experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of large-scale conferences and events.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and delivery schedules.
• Manage budgets, reporting and ensure on-time delivery to objectives.
