Job summary

TrueCommerce is seeking a Senior Client Account Manager to drive growth across an existing customer base while identifying new opportunities across Europe. This hunter–farmer role rewards relationship-building, revenue delivery, and strategic account expansion.

You will work remotely across EMEA, maintain a strong pipeline (approx. 2.5x coverage), and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver value, optimise forecasting, and accelerate deal execution, with travel around 20%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Strong pipeline generation and account growth skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of existing clients, acting as their primary relationship owner.
• Deliver against and exceed revenue and bookings targets.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline (~2.5x coverage).
• Strengthen long-term client relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for delivery and customer success.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Identify internal growth and process improvement opportunities.
