• Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Proven track record of onboarding major clients and acquiring new logos.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales Operations and Product Development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales processes, focusing on acquiring new logo clients in the Public sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to drive sales efforts.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to target specific accounts and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Utilise consultative selling techniques to identify client needs and position technology solutions effectively.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organisations.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain market relevance.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth for the team.
• Provide regular updates and insights to the Senior Sales Director on sales progress and market dynamics.
