Nutanix is seeking a Sales Director for Public Sector (England & Wales) to lead and inspire a high-performing UK team. You will drive growth across Central Government, Local Government, Healthcare and Higher Education, defining the regional strategy and building strategic customer relationships.

You will partner with EMEA North leadership to modernise public sector technology environments, ensuring customer outcomes through a collaborative, channel-enabled approach.

Qualificações

• Significant experience leading enterprise technology sales teams within the UK Public Sector.
• History of building and leading high-performing sales organisations that exceed revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement routes and buying cycles.
• Experience selling complex enterprise tech solutions (cloud, infrastructure, software, cybersecurity, data, digital transformation).
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic account and territory plans.
• Experience working with partner ecosystems (systems integrators, resellers, alliance partners).
• Strong coaching capability with structured sales methodologies (MEDDPIC/MEDDICC/Challenger or similar).
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Executives with a high-performance culture.
• Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategy for UK Public Sector.
• Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and execution discipline.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Coach teams on large, complex opportunities and support deal progression through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Professional Services, and Channel teams to deliver outcomes.
• Recruit, retain and develop top talent with clear succession plans.
