Job summary

Turner & Townsend is hiring a Senior Consultant/Document Controller to drive CDE implementation UK-wide. You will handle discovery, set up metadata, permissions and workflows, and manage user access while aligning with BIM and ISO 19650 standards. Strong Power BI and Office skills are expected.

The role is remote, with UK-wide coverage and collaboration with project teams to ensure compliant information management across programmes and assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Document Controller or similar role.
• Understanding of BIM in Information Management and Document Control.
• Experience using Power BI to extract and report data from CDE.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and project information management.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to discovery sessions to understand CDE and Document Control requirements.
• Implement metadata fields, permissions, folder structures and workflows.
• Create user accounts, invitations and manage security groups.
• Develop project information standards and naming conventions.
• Monitor document workflows and QA for compliance.
• Provide regular reports on system usage and compliance.
