Job summary

Aveni is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Software Engineer to build and ship AI-powered products for advisers, analysts, and banking teams. You will own features end-to-end across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure, delivering production-ready systems that integrate LangGraph, Langfuse, and modern web technologies.

The role emphasizes strong full-stack capabilities with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and AWS, plus an eye for reliability, observability, and cost.

• Extensive production-grade AI software engineering

• Experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, and RAG

Responsibilities

• Build production-ready AI-powered products with LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Select models, design prompts, and implement AI tooling.
• Design monitoring and observability for production reliability.
• Develop scalable microservices and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build modern React frontends for customer workflows.
• Architect cloud-native systems on AWS (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, SQS/SNS, DynamoDB, RDS).
• Uphold best practices: clean code, testing, and CI/CD.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with product teams to deliver features.
