Job summary

Mimica seeks a Technical Customer Trust Specialist to join the InfoSec team. You will be the face of security for customers, developing documentation and responding to trust-related requests to help prospects view Mimica as a secure vendor.

You will work closely with Sales, Solutions, and Deal Desk to accelerate deals, manage complex questionnaires (SIG/CAIQ), and ensure alignment with industry frameworks. This role is fully remote with opportunities to engage globally.

Qualifications

• Experience in a product company, enterprise startup, or security firm.
• Strong technical background with cloud focus.
• Clear and concise communication to various audiences.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-team alignment.

Responsibilities

• Act as security SME on calls with customers and prospects.
• Coordinate with Sales, Solutions, and Deal Desk to handle security requests.
• Develop and maintain customer-facing security documentation and Trust Center.
• Lead responses to security questionnaires (SIG/CAIQ), RFPs, and vendor risk assessments.
• Balance technical tasks with external client interactions to protect deal momentum.
