Job summary

83zero Limited is seeking a Senior MIM Engineer to join its Identity and Access Management team in a hands-on role. You will provide L2/L3 support for a highly customised Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) environment, working with security, infrastructure and operations to keep identity services stable and secure.

The role covers identity lifecycle provisioning and synchronisation, incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and permanent fixes, plus integrations with Active Directory, Entra ID

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) in an enterprise setting.
• Proven L2/L3 support experience in IAM environments.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts: Joiner/Mover/Leaver, lifecycle management and access governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for a highly customised Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) environment
• Support identity lifecycle management, provisioning and synchronisation services
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM incidents
• Carry out root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
• Support integrations across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and other identity platforms
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures and support runbooks
• Identify opportunities for automation, service improvement and platform optimisation
