Job summary

Mimica is a remote-first AI-powered process intelligence platform helping enterprises reclaim time by removing bottlenecks and automating key tasks. We’re seeking a Customer Success/Value Engineering professional to drive customer outcomes, resolve issues, and co-create account strategies with Sales, Marketing, Solution Engineering and Partners.

You will translate Mimica outputs into actionable insights, develop tailored success plans, and drive user adoption through trainings and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proven background in customer success, value engineering, or management consulting with a focus on business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma etc.).
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with large data sets and Excel pivots/lookups.
• Track record of building trust with business and technical stakeholders across functions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training abilities.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor and thought leader in leveraging Mimica to achieve customers’ outcomes.
• Ensure issue resolution and provide product support when customers encounter roadblocks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Solution Engineering and Partners to co-create account strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Advocate for the voice of the customer and influence roadmap and product direction.
• Build tailored customer success plans to ensure value delivery and proactive risk management.
• Communicate insights from Mimica outputs to drive concrete next steps and value realization.
• Lead training programs, workshops, and onboarding to drive user adoption.
