Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce and HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems for a SaaS customer project. You will audit CRMs, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and document operational approaches to complex workflows.

This role emphasizes governance and scalable CRM design in a remote setup. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in Salesforce/HubSpot or similar platforms, with strong data reconciliation and API experience, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with two revenue or operational systems such as billing or CPQ.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and connected revenue systems for inconsistencies and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and define appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and linked platforms.
• Create operational prompts and documentation for SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and decisions.
• Assess CRM change impacts on billing, CPQ, ticketing and integrations.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization and governance.
