Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems. Remote role with emphasis on auditing, data reconciliation and documenting system changes to improve how AI understands complex business workflows.

The candidate should bring 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience, strong CRM knowledge, and experience in SaaS environments, with excellent written and verbal English

Qualifications

4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar).
Experience leading CRM implementations and migrations.
Strong knowledge of CRM fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation.

Responsibilities

Audit CRM and revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicates and automation issues.
Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other tools.
Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and governance.
