Job summary

IMG (International Medical Group) is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to back our IPMI Regional Sales Managers and Retention Manager. The role handles quotations, renewals, and broker onboarding with a focus on timely processing.

The position is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week) with hybrid options and based at the Cardiff office. Salary ranges between £25,000 and £29,000, with remote/hybrid flexibility and structured development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and other business systems.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent planning, organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Input quotation data into the relevant systems.
• Manage the diary system to meet quotation turnaround times (TATs).
• Monitor and manage the IPMI Sales inbox.
• Distribute renewal terms to clients or brokers.
• Support Regional Sales Managers with campaigns and activities.
• Facilitate the TOBA process.
