Job summary

The Insiders is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive new business and manage client relationships across the media mix for leading brands. You will prospect, present proposals and negotiate campaigns with enterprise clients in FMCG and electronics, leveraging Word of Mouth and consumer content marketing.

This predominantly remote role requires English fluency and a proven track record in CRM and outreach.

Qualifications

• Significant experience (min 4–7 years) in Marketing, Sales or Communications at a large FMCG or Electronics company and/or agency.
• Strong mix of data-driven sales with a human touch to build trust with clients.
• Strong commercial experience with CRM, sales enablement and outreach.
• Ability to work independently and persuasively handle objections.
• Excitement for a fast-growing, dynamic environment with innovative WoM marketing approaches.

Responsibilities

• Outreach & prospecting: open doors and initiate conversations with enterprise clients (FMCG, Electronics, etc.).
• Build and nurture marketing and client networks.
• Presentations & proposals: demonstrate media landscape expertise and where WoM fits.
• Build pipeline and negotiate campaigns across clients.
• Project onboarding and client retention.
