Job summary

The Insiders is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead client outreach and nurture marketing campaigns across the UK. You will prospect new enterprise clients, build pipeline, present proposals, and negotiate campaigns in a fast-growing, marketing-focused environment.

You should have 4–7 years in Marketing/Sales/Communications at a large company or agency, with strong CRM, data-driven selling and independent work style. Fluent English and a passion for WoM marketing are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience (4–7+ years) in Marketing, Sales or Communications at a large company and/or agency.
• Ability to combine data-driven selling with a human touch to build trust with clients.
• Strong CRM, sales enablement and outreach experience.
• Ability to work independently and remain persistent when facing objections.
• Excitement for a fast-growing, dynamic environment and innovative company.
• Fluent in English and able to educate marketers on WoM marketing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Outreach & Prospecting: open doors and start conversations with enterprise clients across FMCG and electronics sectors.
• Build and nurture marketing and client networks.
• Present proposals and demonstrate media landscape expertise to position Consumer Content.
• Build pipeline and negotiate campaigns with clients.
• Onboard projects and drive client retention.
