Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales of process machinery to pharmaceutical manufacturers across the UK and Eire. The role is home-based with autonomy and uncapped earnings, offering a salary up to £80,000 plus bonus and commissions.

Based anywhere in the UK or Eire, you will build relationships, manage key accounts, and leverage existing installations to grow sales with a strong technical focus.

Qualifications

• Technical experience of process machinery in a pharmaceutical setting is required.
• Track record of selling process machinery to the pharmaceutical sector is essential.
• Strong relationship management and sales skills are important for success.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop new business sales with pharmaceutical manufacturing companies across the UK & Eire.
• Network with current and potential customers to identify needs and growth opportunities.
