Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to cover a North of England and Scotland territory, home-based along the M62 corridor. This classic sales role blends account management with new business development, selling packaging machinery and related flexible packaging consumables to manufacturers, contract packers and distributors.

You will receive full product training, have 50/50 split between existing accounts and new business, with full technical support and service

Qualifications

• You MUST have a proven track record in field sales and are sales management with specific previous experience of selling capital equipment or a technical solution to the manufacturing market.
• Ideally you will have sold to component manufacturers.
• You will be willing and able to generate new business.
• Any experience of selling to the E-commerce market would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Selling packaging machinery and associated flexible packaging consumables to component manufacturers & the E-commerce market as well as contract packers & distributors.
• Full technical support & service back up.
• Full product training will be provided.
