Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales of high-end process machinery to pharmaceutical manufacturers across the UK and Ireland. The role offers a home-based setup with autonomy and uncapped earnings, plus a competitive base salary, bonus, and commission on all machine sales.

The successful candidate will build new business, manage key accounts, and leverage technical credibility to close deals with pharmaceutical clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience selling process machinery to the pharmaceutical sector.
• Technical experience of process machinery in a pharmaceutical setting.
• Strong relationship management skills and proven sales track record.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop new business sales across the UK & Ireland with pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.
• Network with current and potential customers to identify needs and growth opportunities.
• Maintain strong technical credibility when selling capital equipment at all levels.
