Soracom, a fully remote team, seeks a Sales Engineer to be the trusted technical partner for customers across the lifecycle. You will collaborate with sales and product teams to expand deployments and move customers from proof of concept to production and wider adoption.

The role requires proven SaaS sales experience, strong English communication, and the ability to travel as needed within a remote, multicultural environment. Base in UK/Europe preferred.

Qualificações

• Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer or other customer-facing technical roles
• Proven track record of successfully selling complex SaaS solutions
• Experience across IoT, cloud, networking or related tech domains would be advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical relationship across the full customer lifecycle from discovery to production deployment
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support adoption of Soracom services
• Deliver demonstrations, architecture discussions and proofs of concept for customers and prospects
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering to relay customer needs and challenges
• Create technical sales enablement materials and respond to competitive intelligence
