Job summary

Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG in the UK is seeking a technically minded sales professional to identify and manage business opportunities, deliver product presentations and train partners, and develop a regional sales strategy.

You will report on regional performance, forecasts and plans, and maintain CRM records while traveling within the UK and abroad to strengthen relationships with customers and distributors.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience in a technical sales role.
• Engineering qualification (HND or equivalent).
• Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Proactive, self-motivated with a strong customer focus.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and manage new and existing business opportunities through continuous analysis of market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity.
• Provide technical support, product presentations and training to customers and Schaeffler distribution partners.
• Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with the Industrial Divisional Strategy.
• Regularly report regional sales performance, forecasts and action plans to the Industrial Sales Director.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the Salesforce (CRM) system.
