Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales environment, ideally in the sales apprenticeship sector.
• Experience of mentoring/coaching in a professional environment.
• Ability to adapt to different environments and solve problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Mentor apprentices in line with the Sales programme standards.
• Create an engaging and productive learning environment for all apprentices.
• Manage the apprentice journey, dealing with any disciplinary issues.
