Job summary

Skills for Security is hiring a Learner Skills Coach to deliver high-quality teaching and coaching for apprentices in multiple standards. The role supports learners from enrolment to EPA, managing a caseload of 40–45 across UK centres and remote delivery.

Successful candidates will have an Award in Education and Training (or progress towards) and strong planning, with proficiency in MS Office and Teams. Hybrid working is available with 1–2 days on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a management, senior admin or senior customer service role.
• Award in Education and Training or willingness to work towards it.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and KPI delivery.
• Proficient with MS Office and Teams, and digital learning systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver structured learning and assessment activities.
• Deliver via blended learning: live remote, face-to-face, workshops.
• Manage a caseload of 40–45 learners with regular feedback and action plans.
• Contribute to curriculum improvements using data and QA findings.
