Job summary

A leading training provider in Sheffield is seeking a Skills & Development Coach to support apprentices through their learning journey. The role involves regular progress reviews, structured feedback, and coaching to improve their educational experience. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for learning. Qualifications

• Ability to review processes and make recommendations on improvements.
• Confident and professional, representing our brand to clients and apprentices.
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support a cohort of apprentices through their learning journey.
• Undertake progress reviews with the apprentice and their employer.
• Create and implement action plans where necessary.
• Prepare and update study planners for apprentices.

Skills

Ability to inspire, influence and motivate

Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

Exceptional organisational and time management skills

Microsoft literate (Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Sound knowledge of apprenticeship programmes and standards
