Summer Boarding Courses is seeking a Sales Consultant to support enrolment and commercial performance by engaging with parents and guardians and guiding them through programme options, locations and pricing. The role focuses on professional, human-centred conversations across channels to convert enquiries into bookings.

The role is remote-first with offices in Victoria, London, and Leeds, and requires the ability to travel to locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role involving sales, admissions or similar consultative engagement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain information clearly to parents/guardians.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Handle direct customer enquiries from parents/guardians with consultative sales conversations.
• Provide accurate information on programmes, locations, dates and pricing.
• Record pre-booking data in the CRM and maintain data accuracy for admissions.
