  • Phone communication – you proactively pick up the phone to win a sale and build relationships with parents.
  • Written communication – you write fluid, accurate, and high‑quality emails quickly, ensuring swift responses to enquiries.
  • Administration – you maintain impeccable CRM records and ensure no lead is missed.
  • Ownership and self‑motivation – you hold yourself accountable, embrace responsibility, and continuously improve sales performance.

We’ll need to see evidence of these qualities in your application, including at least three years of sales experience.

• Minimum three years of sales experience.
• Strong phone and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
• Experience in educational or related sectors is a plus.

• Sales focus from September to May for the Oxford summer school, with strategy development and customer support.
• From June to August, focus on online programme sales and handling higher‑level parental queries.
