Job summary

Aurora Expeditions is seeking a Sales and Customer Service Consultant for the UK on a 12-month maternity contract. Qualifications

• 3 years’ travel sales and customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in tourism, sales or hospitality.
• Ability to quickly learn Aurora Expeditions products and services and keep knowledge current.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone and email from agents and consumers.
• Provide tailored recommendations and successfully close sales.
• Foster long-term relationships and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and use CRM effectively.
