Job summary

Allen Associates is seeking an Admissions Sales Coordinator for a fully remote role within the United Kingdom. The role focuses on sales-driven communication, relationship building with prospective families, and guiding them toward suitable education programmes.

This is a fixed-term contract until July 2027 with a base salary of £26,750 plus commission on confirmed enrolments. Full-time hours are 40 per week on a rota including mornings, evenings and weekends; part-time considered (minimum 20

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, admissions, customer service, hospitality or education.
• Confident telephone communication and ability to build rapport with prospective customers.
• Experience managing enquiries, following up leads and handling objections.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM system.
• Target-focused, organized and resilient approach.
• Understanding of safeguarding and GDPR principles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Managing a busy pipeline of enquiries, guiding prospective families towards suitable programmes.
• Making outbound calls, following up warm leads, handling objections and converting interest into enrolments.
• Providing a high standard of customer service throughout the admissions journey.
• Maintaining accurate records in HubSpot and ensuring timely follow-up activity.
• Working towards individual and team sales targets while collaborating with Marketing and Admissions colleagues.
• Upholding safeguarding and data protection standards in all communications.
