Job summary

Summer Boarding Courses seeks an Ultimate English Manager to own the customer journey from initial enquiry through booking, payment, pre-arrival support and summer customer service. You will nurture direct enquiries, inherit and develop B2B relationships, shape demand around operational needs, support teacher recruitment and help ensure Ultimate English is actively represented across Dukes.

Qualifications

• Experience in seasonal education, summer camps or language programmes.
• Demonstrated ability across admissions, direct sales, B2B sales, customer service & account management.
• Confident, personable and detail-oriented with strong presentation skills.
• Able to balance customer needs with commercial priorities and operate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey from enquiry to booking, payment and pre-arrival support.
• Nurture direct enquiries and develop B2B relationships to drive demand.
• Support teacher recruitment and coordinate with two brands (SBC and Ultimate English).
• Ensure safeguarding and DBS compliance across operations.
