RemoteStar is seeking a Technical System / Support Analyst (SaaS, SQL) on behalf of our client. The role is hybrid with an office in Athens and involves working across a dynamic global Salesforce Automation solutions environment.

You will provide level 2 customer support, leverage SQL/ETL skills, and collaborate with development teams and external IT suppliers to drive client success and continuous improvement. Fluency in English and Greek is required, with additional languages a plus.

Competenze

• Experience in customer support routines and commitment to high-quality service.
• Knowledge of relational database modeling and data manipulation via ETL.
• A degree in information technology or related field.
• Fluent in English and Greek; additional languages (e.g., German or French) are a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide level 2 customer support, ensuring SLA compliance for requests, logging, resolution and platform administration.
• Propose technical solutions and assess applications/systems developed by internal teams or external IT suppliers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by researching new solutions and analyzing processes.
• Provide mobile application support to enhance client success across platforms.
