Job summary

PMC Commerce is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of small and medium-scale projects across various customers of our SaaS platform. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating projects in a technology-driven environment, managing multiple workstreams, and maintaining effective communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects in a SaaS, technology, or software delivery environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams at once, prioritising effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track delivery of multiple concurrent small/medium projects.
• Manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers during project delivery.
