Job summary

SFG20 is seeking a Development Project Coordinator to centralise coordination across Product and Platform Engineering, ensuring progress on new products, enhancements and support issues. You will work with Engineering leads, the Product Business Analyst and Product Project Manager to maintain progress visibility, capacity, and risks.

You will organize, track and communicate activity, manage day-to-day coordination, and escalate key decisions as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles.
• Experience working in SaaS/software development lifecycle and Agile.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams and dependencies.
• Experience supporting resource and capacity planning.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Jira or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activity across Product and Platform Engineering from intake through development and release.
• Track work through the engineering process, highlighting blockers or outstanding steps.
• Maintain delivery plans, milestones, actions and target dates.
• Coordinate agreed activities and hand-offs between teams.
• Maintain visibility of cross-team dependencies and follow up actions.
• Proactively track progress and flag risks or delays to the owner.
• Facilitate planning and delivery meetings and ensure actions are followed through.
• Maintain clear and timely communication on development progress.
