Job summary

Talantir is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our rapidly growing SaaS business. You will manage resources, timesheets, onboarding, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and accurately.

In this role, you’ll work remotely with a professional services team, coordinate across teams, and help scale our operations as client and partner workloads expand.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, operations, or resource management.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and data accuracy.
• Experience with project management tools (Teamwork preferred).
• Confident communicator and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources and track workloads across project teams.
• Maintain accurate timesheets, billing, and financial records.
• Onboard new clients and partners, ensuring access to systems and platforms.
• Keep project and partner data up to date in Teamwork, HubSpot, and other systems.
• Produce reports on project progress, resource use, and operational metrics.
• Support process improvements, internal meetings, and operational workflows.
