Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects from onboarding to completion.
• Be the main point of contact for clients via phone, Teams and email.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver a first-class experience.
• Coordinate activity between clients and internal technical teams.
• Gather project requirements and information needed for delivery.
• Monitor progress and ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting timelines.
• Coordinate feedback and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
