Holland & Barrett, a leading health and wellness retailer, seeks a Resource Planning Manager to shape capacity planning across Burton-on-Trent and Beverwijk. You’ll build a planning system from the ground up, using advanced Excel and macros to automate processes and improve visibility.

You’ll partner with leadership across both sites to drive smarter workforce decisions. You’ll lead forecasting, rotas and skills planning while balancing service levels, productivity and cost, with the flexibility

Formación

• Experience in resource or workforce planning within Warehouse, Distribution, Transport or Supply Chain environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building complex spreadsheets, formulas, models and macros.
• Practical experience developing Excel macros and automating processes, with the capability to build planning systems.
• Experience creating or improving planning tools, systems and processes to increase operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build a resource planning system from scratch for Warehouse and Transport operations.
• Develop macros to automate planning activities and improve reporting accuracy.
• Partner with operational leadership to provide expert resource planning advice.
• Lead workforce and capacity planning across locations and balance service, productivity and cost.
• Develop accurate resource forecasts, rotas and skills plans for changing needs.
• Collaborate with People, Finance, Supply Chain and agency partners to align workforce strategies.
• Plan proactively for seasonal peaks and future business needs.
• Use data and performance insights to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Support skills development and multi-skilling across operations.
