Job summary

DAC Beachcroft is recruiting a Reward & Benefits Manager on a 2-year fixed-term basis. The role is remote in England and Wales and open to full or part-time applicants.

You will lead reward frameworks, salaries, benefits and wellbeing initiatives to attract, retain and engage colleagues. Working with senior stakeholders and external providers, you will develop governance, benchmark pay, deliver DE&I analytics and drive value through strategic reward projects aligned with the firm’s people

Qualifications

• Significant experience in reward management and market analysis.
• Experience managing employee benefits programmes and supplier relationships.
• Expertise in reward reporting and analytics.
• Experience leading Gender Pay Gap reporting and pay equity analysis.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience delivering reward or benefits improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading the ongoing development and management of reward frameworks, salary structures and reward policies.
• Providing expert reward advice and guidance to leaders and stakeholders across the business.
• Delivering salary benchmarking, reward analytics and market insight to support strategic decision-making.
• Owning reward reporting and workforce analytics, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Leading Gender Pay Gap reporting, pay equity reviews and broader reward-related DE&I analysis.
• Managing and enhancing our benefits, pension and wellbeing programmes.
• Building strong relationships with benefit providers, brokers, consultants and advisors.
• Delivering reward and benefits transformation initiatives that improve value, governance and colleague experience.
• Developing compelling business cases and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
