FirstPort is seeking a Reward Specialist to shape and manage our rewards and benefits offering. The role is remote with occasional access to our Worcester or Luton offices, reporting to the Head of People Experience.

You will own annual benefits windows, renewals, salary review data, policy guidance, and vendor relationships while ensuring data integrity and compliant processes across the business. This is a hands-on, data-driven HR role requiring collaboration with payroll, finance and legal

Formación

• Experience in reward and benefits administration.
• Experience with salary review processes.
• Strong data handling and reporting skills.
• Vendor management and SLA negotiation experience.
• Ability to collaborate with payroll, finance and HR teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Annual Benefits Window for voluntary benefits, communications and data verification.
• Manage annual benefit renewals including PMI, Life Assurance, Critical Illness, Income Protection and Health Assessments.
• Prepare and manage the annual salary review process and related data for approvals and payroll.
• Propose and implement new benefit options and providers; manage implementations.
• Integrate and consolidate benefits schemes from acquisitions and TUPE transfers.
• Provide guidance on policy adherence and best practice in reward.
• Oversee company car fleet management and Grey Fleet checks.
• Prepare Benefits P11D data and related reports.
• Act as the primary contact for vendors and employees on benefits.
