DAC Beachcroft LLP in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Reward & Benefits Manager to lead our reward, benefits and wellbeing strategy. You will steer frameworks, benchmark salaries and provide data-driven insights to attract, retain and engage colleagues.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, People Business Partners and external providers to shape governance and drive improvements across compensation, pensions and wellbeing programmes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in reward & benefits roles with commercial acumen.
• Ability to interpret data, influence senior stakeholders and balance colleague needs with organisational goals.
• Experience in salary benchmarking, market analysis and benefits programmes.
• Proven expertise in reward reporting, workforce analytics and MI.
• Experience leading Gender Pay Gap reporting and pay equity analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ongoing development and management of reward frameworks, salary structures and reward policies.
• Provide expert reward advice and guidance to leaders and stakeholders across the business.
• Deliver salary benchmarking, reward analytics and market insight to support strategic decision-making.
• Own reward reporting and workforce analytics, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Lead Gender Pay Gap reporting and pay equity analysis.
• Manage and enhance benefits, pension and wellbeing programmes.
• Build strong relationships with benefit providers, brokers, consultants and advisors.
• Deliver reward and benefits transformation initiatives that improve value and governance.
