DAC Beachcroft is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll delivery across the business, ensuring accurate, timely payments and compliance with UK legislation. The role combines operational excellence with transformation, driving automation and system development to modernise payroll.

Fixed-term for 2 years, with flexibility for full or part-time. You will collaborate with People, Finance and Technology teams to optimise processes and governance while supporting wider business

Qualifications

• Significant payroll leadership experience in a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, PAYE, HMRC requirements and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing outsourced payroll providers and service delivery partners.
• Proven track record leading payroll transformation or process improvement projects.
• Hands-on payroll systems administration, testing and enhancements.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end payroll process across the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation, PAYE and pensions.
• Manage relationships with payroll providers and third parties.
• Develop payroll controls, governance and procedures.
• Lead year-end reconciliations, statutory submissions and reporting.
• Drive process improvements and automation in payroll.
• Oversee payroll system upgrades and testing.
• Support strategic transformation projects.
